Established in 1998 Cartoonqueen started when two sisters began creating unique collectibles out of original artwork. Joani Hanley creates the hand sewn collectibles from the artwork by Virginia Hanley. Together they create the bespoke cartoon collectibles you find on cartoonqueen.net.

In 1990, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from FSU, Virginia came to Miami and joined the South Florida Art Center on Lincoln Road. With a passion for Miami Beach, her artwork celebrates the beauty and the fun of South Florida.

Ryan's Case for Smiles
Cartoonqueen donates to Ryan’s Case for Smiles providing custom designer pillowcases for children in the hospital. RCS has a network of sewing centers throughout the USA that accept fabric or finished pillowcases. These donations are then distributed to local Children’s hospitals. We continue to work with RCS and encourage you to visit their website for ways to give back.
